Please join FourOneOne as we celebrate a great year of communal musicking against the odds and bid adieu to 2025 with a free party featuring performances by Chispa, Tomin and FourOneOne's new "house band": Luke Stewart, Lesley Mok, Alexis Marcelo, DJ Jeff Brown, Che Chen, and more special guests TBA!

Chispa is led by vocalist and songwriter Julia Rocha-Nava and multi-instrumentalist Sebastián Ángel-Romero alongside a vibrant community of collaborators steeped in the music traditions of Latin America and the Caribbean. Who better to help send off a year mired in humanitarian and political horrors than a group that "dreams of composting systems of oppression, reconnecting with the land, and channeling the power of queer community"? 

This event will also mark the first appearance of FourOneOne's new "house band," with bassist Luke Stewart, drummer Lesley Mok, keyboardist Alexis Marcelo, DJ Jeff Brown and our own Che Chen cutting it up and serving as extemporaneous rhythm section for a parade of special guests. 

The night will begin and end with sets from Bedstuy's finest, DJ Jeff Brown. Chispa's set will be followed by brass- and reed-centered multi-instrumentalist, composer and arranger of "excellently thorny harmonies," Tomin.
